摘要
本文通过对国外先进捆扎机的研究,结合我国的实际情况,对带钢液压捆扎机做出了更加优化的设计。本文在对捆扎机各零部件的结构、参数、工作原理及配置的设计基础上,用CAD制图软件加以配合,使各部件能直接投入生产。在机械手的设计当中,提出了自己的改进方案,并在经过大量的验证后,证明其对提高捆扎机的整体性能具有积极的意义。本设计在注重机械部分设计的基础上,对电液和电控部分也进行了必要的设计,使得此设计更趋完善。带钢全自动液压打捆机是一个机、电、液、计算机控制一体化设备,具有一定的“智能”功能,可以根据生产现场情况自动调节打捆状态。它具有如下主要动作:蓄丝、送丝、抽丝、剪断、拧紧、挤平、打捆机位置调节等;使用φ6.5,φ6.0的退火盘条或直接采用φ6.0的热轧盘条作捆丝;其捆结拧紧720°,然后挤平,保证了捆结牢固,不易松脱。

Abstract
This text is making a better designation about band steel hydraumatic strapper combined with the study of foreign developed strapper and the actual circumstance of the our country. This text makes each part be able to throw in production directly through the designation of structure, parameter, operating principle and collocation of strapper combining the CAD graphics software. This text presents the own improvement project in the designation of magic hand, and the aggressive meaning of improvement of strapper whole performance is proved by a great deal of verification. This text also designs the part of electric hydraumatic and control to make this design better which is based on the design part of mechanism. Band steel full-automatic hydraumatic strapper is an equipment having certain "intelligence" function combined with mechanism, electricity, hydraumatic and computer, and it can regulate the banding appearance automatically according to the spot production circumstance. It has mainly actions as follows: accumulating steel wire; sending steel wire; drawing steel wire; clipping; tighten; squeezing flat; regulating position of strapper, etc; using annealed rod of φ6.5,φ6.0 or hot-finished rod ofφ6.0 directly as strapping steel wire; it straps and tightens for 720°,and then squeezing flat to make sure that it straps firm and not easily loose.
