烟草揭膜培土机揭膜机构的设计
摘 要:烟草揭膜机构的设计旨在解决烟草种植中铺膜容易揭膜难的问题,满足生产效率要求的同时防止
土地的白色污染,既保护了环境又提高了土地利用率。整个机构设计相对以往的设计有了多个方面的创新
,也是特有的针对南方小烟田的揭膜作业机器。整个设计针对挑膜齿、脱膜板和送膜轮进行了分析与论证
,对传动过程进行了详细的设计计算,对关键部件进行了校核分析,并完成了整个烟草揭膜培土机的CAD制
图。设计本身对于实际农业生产具有一定的指导意义。

Design of Plastic Film Uncovering Mechanism of Tobacco Plastic Film Uncovering and Hilling
Machine
Abstract: The Design of Tobacco Plastic Film Uncovering aims to solve the problem of
Membrane easily spread but the plastic film uncovering difficult to sustain in the tobacco
growing , meet the requirements of production efficiency and prevent the land from white
pollution at the same time, it not only protect the environment but also improve the land
utilization. Compared with the previous design there are multiple aspects of innovation in
the whole mechanism design, also the uncovers operating machine is specially designed for the
South small tobacco fields. The whole design aims to analysis and demonstration the membrane
teeth pick, take off the film board and film feeding wheels ,also it carried out a detailed
design calculations to the transmission process and check and analysis key components, and
has completed CAD drawing of the whole Tobacco Plastic Film Uncovering. The Design itself has
certain directive significance for the practical agricultural production.
