中轨门形式吊车设计

摘 要:现代工业中,随着机械工业对工件表面处理要求越来越高,对电镀设备的要求也越来越高,电镀设备
设计技术也得到更新。本文比较系统地分析了中轨式门形吊车的受力情况及中轨门形式吊车自动化的应用和发
展。本文通过对横移装置及升降装置的轴设计及其强度校核,在减少材料成本的情况下很好的满足了吊车的要
求,并在其功能上进行结构创新,完善了过去所遇问题的设计修改。另外对标准键的选择上有简单的介绍,对
制造行业中各种材料的特性也有些研究。本吊车根据实际产品和经验的结果下进行创新设计,在未来的电镀设
备行业中具有很好的应前景和较好的经济价值。

Design of a Center Axle Type of Crane

Abstract:In modern industry, with the higher requirement on the surface of workpiece, the
mechanical industry also asks higher demand on electroplating device, and then the technology of
electroplating device will be update as well. This article systematically analyzed the stress
distribution of the center the axle type gate shape crane and its automatic application and
development. By the design of shaft and strength check on moving device and lifting device, it
will be satisfy the demand of the crane with the lower costs of material, in addition, on the
basis of the function to do some structural innovation could help to improve the design. Besides,
there is a simple introduction on how to choose the standard key and the characteristics of
different materials in manufacture industry. This crane is innovative designed on the basis of
actual product and the experience result, and will have the very good application-prospect and
the better economic value in the future galvanization equipment profession.
