便携式林业采种机设计
摘 要
近年来,随着营林事业的不断发展,世界各国造林工作量逐年大幅度增长,林业种子的需求量也随之增加,为
满足林业生产、适应林业高速发展和林业现代化需要,种子工作尤其是采种工作必须不断提高经营水平。科学
采种,以机械化采种代替繁重的手工采种,正受到越来越广泛的注意。
便携式的林业采种机既可以适应各种复杂的环境又有高的效率,非常适合我国的国情。基于地形复杂、树林茂
密的山林环境有着不可取代的优势。
本文具体的设计了便携式林业采种机。完成了便携式林业采种机的理论分析、计算及结构设计。包括便携式林
业采种机的总体设计、发动机的选型、离合器的设计、传动轴的设计、振动头的设计等。
便携式林业采种机的工作原理是发动机带动离合器,通过软轴和传动杆连接齿轮,通过锥齿轮组减速器最后连
接滑块把旋转运动转化成直线运动。

Design of Portable Forestry Seed Harvesters
Abstract
In recent years, as the continuous development of the cause of forest ,all the countries in the
world has substantially increased afforestation work. The demand of forestry seeds also
increased. In order to meet the needs of the forestry production, meet the requirements of high-
speed development of forestry and forestry modernization, especially the seed seed work must
continue to improve management level. Scientific seed, mechanization seed instead of heavy manual
seed, is receiving more and more attention.
Portable forestry seed harvesters can adapt to various complicated environment with high
efficiency, very suitable for China's national conditions. Based on the complex terrain, wooded
mountain environment has an irreplaceable advantage.
In this paper, the specific design of the portable forestry seed harvesters. Completed the
portable forestry seed harvesters theory analysis, calculation and structural design. Including
the portable forestry seed harvesters' overall design, engine selection, clutch design, shaft
design, the design of the vibration head.
The working principle of portable forestry seed harvesters is driven by the engine clutch is
connected through a flexible shaft, gear and transmission rod is connected to the slider, rotary
motion into linear motion through the bevel gear reduction.
