摘要
绿篱修剪机是一种小型园林修剪机械,每年绿篱都要进行修剪,这对维护绿篱旺盛的 生长,加强树冠新梢的密度有着很好的作用,并能设计成各种需要的造型。现有的绿篱修 剪机存在不少问题,例如手持部分重量过重,劳动强度大等缺点。针对这些缺点本人进行 了一些设计希望能改善单刃面绿篱修剪机,能在很大强度上降低劳动者的劳动强度,提高 工作效率,适用于各种绿篱松墙及树球的整形修剪,也可用于茶树剪枝整冠作业,适用范 围广,可实现一机多用的目的。设计的机器有以下特点:1、适应性强,操作安全。2、重 量轻、振动小、噪音低,为操作者提供了一个良好的工作条件,大大减轻了工人的劳动强 度。3、作业质量较好,性能稳定。

Abstract
Hedge trimmers is a small garden pruning machinery, the annual Hedge pruning should be carried out, which has a good role to maintain the Hedge strong growth, enhance the density of the canopy shoots and can be designed to the shape of a variety of needs. The existing hedge trimmers there are many problems, such as the hand-held part of the weight is too heavy, labor-intensive and other shortcomings. Address these shortcomings, I hope some design can improve the single-blade surface hedge trimmers, great strength, reduce the labor intensity of workers, improve work efficiency, suitable for the various Hedge loose wall and the pruning of the tree ball, tea tree pruning can be used the whole crown job for a wide range, can achieve the purpose of the use of a machine. The design of the machine has the following characteristics: 1, adaptable, safe operation. 2, light weight, small vibration, low noise, and provides the operator with a good working conditions, greatly reducing the labor intensity. 3, better job quality and stable performance.
