割灌机的设计
摘要
割灌机作为营林机械的一种，用于林地清理、幼林抚育、次生林
改造和森林抚育采伐等割除灌木、杂草、修枝、伐小径木、割竹等作
业。我国灌木树种资源极为丰富，近几年来，为了防沙固沙、保持水
土、改善生态系统、维持生态平衡，正在持续大面积种植灌木，仅内
蒙古鄂尔多斯市就有沙生灌木1200 多万亩，我国西部地区沙生灌木
资源也非常丰富且集中，根据沙生灌木的生物学特性，每3-5 年就需
进行平茬，平茬后生长加快，萌发力加强，具有复壮作用。平茬收割
时若手工劳作，其劳动强度大且生产效率低，因此，为了提高生产效
率，割灌机必不可少。而本次设计的侧挂式割灌机就是其中一种简便、
快捷的机具。
割灌机能切割直径18cm 以内的多种林木杂草；应尽可能小型便
携，以方便在地区崎岖、起伏不定的山林地带操作，灵活工作；动力
装置应符合国标要求；长期在恶劣的噪声环境中工作会导致职业性耳
聋，并且在4KHz 附近容易产生听力损失，这是职业性耳聋的特点，
所以割灌机工作时应尽量防止噪声过大，并使用消音器；要尽量减小
把手的振动；工作部分采用尼龙丝、圆锯刀片等作为切割部件。

try to avoid excessive noise, and use the silencer; handle to minimize vibration;
working part nylon filament, such as a circular saw blade cutting parts.
