皖江城市带沈巷片区污水厂一期工程

摘要
本设计是皖江城市沈巷地区的城市排水工程。该污水处理厂工程，总规模达到3万吨/日。本设计处理的对象为城市污水，主要污染物质为悬浮固体（SS）及溶解和胶体状态的有机污染物（BOD）。根据城市所处的地理位置和污水厂的规模，并结合考虑需脱氮除磷的要求，城市污水处理厂设计采用A/O工艺。该工艺污水处理流程为：从粗格栅到泵房，进入细格栅，沉砂池，初沉池，A/O反应池，深度处理（高密度澄清池、过滤工艺），电磁流计量，出水排放。污泥处理流程为：从二沉池和初沉池排除的剩余污泥首先进入污泥提升泵房，进入污泥浓缩池，贮泥池，污泥消化池，污泥脱水间（采用带式压滤机），泥饼经卫生处理外运。通过此工艺的处理，出水水质将达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》（GB18918-2002）一级A类排放标准。
本次设计，我主要负责消毒池、污泥浓缩池、贮泥池、消化池、脱水机房等的相关设计。污泥处理的主要目的是降低水分以减少体积，便于污泥的运输以及贮存及各种处理和处置工艺的进行；消除病原菌、恶臭及其他有毒物质，使污泥卫生稳定；改善污泥成分和性质，便于资源化。

Abstract
      The design is a drainage system in a town of wanjiang. It is made up of two parts, namely, the design of the system of urban drainage pipeline networks and design of the urban sewage treatment plant. The sewage treatment plant project, the total amount to 30,000 tons/day.  According to town’s geographical position and scale of sewage treatment plant, combining with the demand of denitrification and dephosphorization in treatment process, the sewage treatment plant designs and adopts A/O craft. The sewage disposal procedure is: from the medium screen to the pumping station, the fine screen, the grit pool, the preliminary settling tank, the anaerobic pool, the anaerobic-anoxic-aerobic part, the secondary settling tank, the disinfection tank, the electromagnetic flow meter, discharged into the river. The sludge treatment procedure is: from the settling tank and the secondary settling tank discharge of the first to reach the bumping room, the gravity thickening tank, the sludge storing tank, the sludge digesting pool, the sludge dewatering room. After the treatment of this craft, the disposal water quality will reach the first class A standard of《pollutant discharge standard of urban sewage treatment plant 》(GB18918-2002 ).
     This design, I am primarily responsible for pool disinfection , sludge thickener , sludge storage tanks, digestion tank , dewatering machine room and other related design . The main purpose of sludge treatment to reduce the moisture in order to reduce the volume , to facilitate the transport of sludge storage and treatment and disposal process ; to eliminate pathogens , odor and other toxic substances , sludge health and stability ; improve sludge composition and nature , easy resource.
