摘 要
本设计为尚志市污水处理厂工程工艺设计,污水处理厂处理规模为一期40000m3/d,二期60000 m3/d。污水主要来源为生活污水和工业废水,主要污染物质为NH3-N、BOD、COD,适宜采用生化处理方法。经过方案比较,确定采用三槽式氧化沟工艺。NH3-N、BOD、COD的去除率分别达到92%、93%、89%,污水处理厂处理后的出水达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-1996)中的二级标准。
污水和活性污泥的混合液在氧化沟中进行不断的循环运动,具有良好的去除BOD、COD及脱氮除磷的功能。另外,工艺流程简单,构筑物少,构造形式多样,运行较为灵活,运行稳定性好,基建投资省,运行费用低,操作管理方便,出水水质好也是氧化沟优于其他处理工艺的地方。

Abstract
This design is about the sewage treatment plant in Shangzhi City. The construction of this plant is 40000 m3/d. The main origin of the sewage is the sanitary sewage and the industrial waste. The main polluting is the NH3-N, BOD, COD. It is suitable to use the biochemistry processing method. After the comparison of the plan, the Three Type Oxidation Ditch craft was chosen as the process. The elimination rate of the NH3-N, BOD, COD respectively achieved 92%, 93%, 89%. The outlet water of the treatment meets the level two of the National Sewage Discharge Standard (GB8978-1996).
The mixed liquor of the sewage and the activated sludge are sporting unceasingly in the oxidation ditch. It is good to exclude BOD、COD and take off the nitrogen and the phosphorus. Additionally, the simple processing, the few buildings, the varied structure, the nimble movement, and the good stability of the movement, the province initial cost, the low operating cost, the convenient operation and management, the good quality of the letout water are also the places which the oxidize ditch is better than the other technology.
