泰基花语廊2#楼给水排水工程设计
摘 要:该建筑为住宅,建筑总高度33.0m,地上十一层,地下一层,地下一层为车库及设备用房,一层~十一层为住宅。室外排水管道位于主体建筑北面,埋深2m,管径300mm,管材为混凝土管。所有给水排水均按高层建筑给排水要求进行设计。结合实际情况,根据建筑物的性质,用途,和室内设有完善的给水排水卫生设备,具体的给排水系统设计如下:
本建筑一层至四层由室外市政管网直接供水,六至十一层设有变频调速系统。
本设计采用污废水合流排放体制。管材采用了具有消声功能的螺旋UPVC排水管,升顶通气方式,为此可进一步提高环境质量。室内粪便污水需经化粪池处理后方可排入城市下水道。
该建筑防火等级属于中危险级Ⅱ级,设计内容包括消火栓系统,自动喷淋系统。消火栓给水管网呈环状布置,各消火栓箱内设消防水泵启动电钮,能直接启动消防泵;室外设地下式水泵结合器,保证消防安全可靠。地下车库设闭式自动喷淋系统。
该建筑为小高层住宅,主要采用天沟外排水方式。
各系统中的立管设在管井内或沿墙敷设,水平管根据各系统的特点明敷或暗敷。

Design of water supply and sewerage system of the residential building of the 2th of TaiJiHuaYuLang
Abstract: This building is the residence. It is a total height of 33.0m, 10 on the ground floor, 1 underground floor, the underground floor is garage , 1 ~ 10 floors is residence . Outdoor discharge pipe is located in the north of the main building, depth of 2m, diameter 300mm, tube for the concrete pipe. This building possesses for water draining water presses the high-rise construction to request for draining water to carry on the design. Unifies the actual situation, according to the building nature, the use, is equipped with the consummation with the room in for the water draining water sanitary equipment, concrete gives the drainage system design to be as follows:
This construction ground one to ground four by outdoor municipal administration pipe network direct water supply, five to eleven gives the square water pitcher type which is equipped with the frequency conversion velocity modulation system and the water pump.
This design uses the dirt waste water confluence emissions system. The tubing used had the noise elimination function screw UPVC discharge pipe, rose to go against the ventilation way, might further improve the environment quality for this. Indoor manure sewage to be treated by septic tanks to be discharged into the city sewer.
This building fire protection rank belongs to the dangerous levelⅡ. The design content including the fire hydrant system, sprays automatically with the water curtain system. The fire hydrant service pipe net assumes the ring-like arrangement, in various fire hydrants box supposes the fire pump to start the push-button, can the line start fire extinguishing pump; Room peripheral equation below water pump coupler, guarantee fire prevention safe reliable. The garage supposes the closed type to spray the system automatically.
This building is the residence. The drainage pattern is Gutter outside drainage.
In various systems pipe riser is located in the tube well or along the wall placing, the horizontal tube acts according to various systems to point out especially spreads or spreads darkly.
