摘 要
内蒙古创业大厦集商铺、商场、酒店于一体,属于大型的商业建筑。根据商业建筑的特点,该设计的中央空调主要采用风机盘管加独立的新风系统,新风不承担室内负荷。综合负荷计算结果、初投资、运行、管理费用、噪声、卫生要求等因素,对设备进行合理选择。风机盘管选用进口设备,高效率、低能耗。为满足空气品质要求,整幢大厦对新风系统进行了优化。地下车库采用了机械排风加诱导器系统;厕所采用排风扇以保证室内无异味。走廊内还设置了防火排烟系统。最终,使本工程在环保、节能、卫生、舒适等要求方面达到一个较高的水平。

Abstract
Inner Mongolia is a large commercial building ,which sets Venture Building, shops, shopping malls, hotels integration. According to the characteristics of commercial construction, Central air conditioning is mainly used fan-coil plus an independent new wind system, a new wind will not bear indoor load. Integrated load calculation, initial investment, operation and management costs, noise ,health requirements, the equipment for a reasonable choice. Fan-coil use imported equipment, high efficiency, low energy consumption. In order to meet air quality requirements, a building of the new wind systems were optimized. Underground garage using mechanical ventilation plus induction system; Toilet paper that indoor fans to ensure no smell. Corridor installed fire exhaust systems. Ultimately, to make the works in the environment, energy, health, comfort and other requirements to a higher level.
