前   言
大学四年里我经历了对我最有意义的事,就是这次毕业设计的过程,老师辛勤的指导,同学相互的讨论,争执,进程中的苦恼,改图的汗水,最后是出图的成就感。毕业学习设计是四年大学学习生活中最后一次重要的实践性教学环节,是学生综合运用所学全部专业知识,是处理工程实际问题的过程,是理论联系实际的一个重要阶段。
通过毕业设计,旨在使学生掌握室外热水管网,给排水管网,消防管网的基本方法和步骤,学习使用和掌握查阅手册,资料和依据国家规范进行设计,提高学生分析和解决问题的能力,从而为学习毕业后进行实际工程的设计及计算打下了必要的基础。
毕业设计是对我们大学四年理论知识与实践学习的一次总验收,通过设计可以加深对所学知识的理解,锻炼我们综合运用所学知识的能力,学会应用所学知识,解决实际问题,从而 为今后的工作奠定良好的基础,做一名合格的建筑人才。

   Before, Word in the university four years I have experienced to I most meaningful matter, is this graduation project process, teacher the industrious instruction, schoolmate the mutual discussion, the dispute, in advancement worried, changes plans the sweat, is finally the chart sense of achievement. The graduation study design is four year university studies in the life the last important practical teaching link, is the student synthesizes the utilization to study completely the specialized knowledge, is processes the project actual problem the process, is an apply theory to reality crucial stage.
   through the graduation project, is for the purpose of causing the student to grasp the outdoor hot water pipe network, for the draining water pipe network, the fire pipe network's essential method and the step, the study uses and grasps the consult handbook, the material and carries on the design based on the national standard, enhances the student to analyze and to solve the question ability, thus graduates after the study carried on the actual project the design and the computation has built the essential foundation.
   the graduation project is one time always approves to our university four year theoretical knowledge and the practice study, may deepen through the design to studies the knowledge the understanding, exercises us to synthesize the utilization to study the knowledge ability, the academic society applies studies the knowledge, the solution actual problem, will thus lay the good foundation for present's work, will be a qualified

摘   要
本次毕业设计题目为淄博市XX小区热网、给水、排水、换热站设计。设计内容包括热网、给水、换热站的设计负荷、流量计算、水力计算、管材及敷设方式的选择,以及管道的保温与防腐等。
根据中心城市供热田间,小区周围环境条件、小区内部设施、投资情况定热源位置。其次把所有采暖用户分为两个区,又已知的土建资料查阅手册,计算每个区的负荷、流量,再采用经济比摩阻进行水力计算,确定管径。最后根据流量、扬程选择循环水泵和补给水泵,并绘制最不利环路水压图。
换热站为保证流量,压力损失及采暖用户的要求,选用两台换热器并联,两台循环水泵,两台补给水泵。
小区给水管道沿供热管网敷设,并保证水质、水量和恭水时间的要求。
排水包括生活污水排水和雨水排水两部分。由于污水排水主要靠重力流,故沿原有地势坡度敷设管线。雨水排水在保证不积水的情况下按地势布置管线,但最远不应大于40米设一个雨水井。污水排水和雨水排水均在拐弯处设检查井,以保证水流畅通。

Abstract
   Picking Wanting the this graduation project topic for the Zibo prosperous times Tang Dynasty plot hot net, gives the water, draining water, the heat transfer station design. The design content including the hot net, the design load which, the current capacity computation, the water power computation, the tubing and the system of laying choice for the water, the heat transfer stands, as well as pipeline's heat preservation and anticorrosion and so on. the basis key city heating field, the plot environment condition, the plot internal facility, the investment situation decides the heat source position. Next divides into all heating user two areas, the known construction material consult handbook, calculates each area the load, the current capacity, uses the economy to carry on the water power computation again compared to the frictional resistance, definite caliber. Finally according to the current capacity, the lifting choice circulating water pump and the supplies water pump, and draws up the most disadvantageous ring circuit hydraulic pressure chart. the heat transfer station is the guarantee current capacity, the pressure loss and the heating user's request, selects two heat interchangers to be parallel, two circulating water pumps, two supplies water pumps. the plot feed water pipe along the heating pipe network placing, and guarantees the water quality, the water volume and gong the water time request. the draining water drains water two parts including sanitary sewage draining water and the rain water. Because sewage draining water mainly depends on the mass flow, therefore along original topography slope pipeline laying. Rain water draining water in guarantee not water situation according to topography arrangement pipeline, but farthest should not be bigger than 40 meters to suppose a rain water well. Sewage draining water and rain water draining water suppose the inspection well in the turning point, guaranteed that the current of water is unimpeded. key word: The hot net, gives draining water, the heat transfer
