前言
毕业学习设计是四年大学学习生活中最后一次重要的实践性教学环节,是学生综合运用所学全部专业知识,是处理工程实际问题的过程,是理论联系实际的一个重要阶段。
通过毕业设计,旨在使学生掌握室外热水管网,给排水管网,消防管网的基本方法和步骤,学习使用和掌握查阅手册,资料和依据国家规范进行设计,提高学生分析和解决问题的能力,从而为学习毕业后进行实际工程的设计及计算打下了必要的基础。
毕业设计是对我们大学四年理论知识与实践学习的一次总验收,通过设计可以加深对所学知识的理解,锻炼我们综合运用所学知识的能力,学会应用所学知识,解决实际问题,从而 为今后的工作奠定良好的基础,做一名合格的建筑人才。

Graduation design is the last and most important practical tuitional moment after completing professional study .its also the process that we deal with the substantial project problems though comprehensive application of all professional knowledge and the major moment that theory connect practice.
Though the graduation design,we should master the basic methods and steps of the net of heating design and soon ,and improve the ability of settling problem ,going over information and planning the project on the national standard.then it becomes the essentcal basic of design and practice in practical project after graduation.
Graduation design is a general test of my theretical knowledge and practical learning during my four-year-colledge study .through this plan ,it can shapen my understanding of all acquired knowledge and reinforce my ability that I settle the practical problems comprehensively .therefore ,my subsequent job will rest on it ,a favourable basic.
摘要
本次毕业设计题目为潍坊市XX花园外网工程设计。设计内容包括热网、给水、换热站的设计负荷、流量计算、水力计算、管材及敷设方式的选择,以及管道的保温与防腐等。
根据中心城市供热区间,小区周围环境条件、小区内部设施、投资情况定热源位置。其次把所有采暖用户分为两个区,又已知的土建资料查阅手册,计算每个区的负荷、流量,再采用经济比摩阻进行水力计算,确定管径。最后根据流量、扬程选择循环水泵和补给水泵,并绘制最不利环路水压图。
小区给水管道沿供热管网敷设,并保证水质、水量和供水时间的要求。
排水包括生活污水排水和雨水排水两部分。由于污水排水主要靠重力流,故沿原有地势坡度敷设管线。雨水排水在保证不积水的情况下按地势布置管线,但最远不应大于30米设一个雨水 井。污水排水和雨水排水均在拐弯处设检查井,以保证水流畅通。

ABSTRACT
This graduation project for WeiFang HONGJIHUAYUAN district. The title of the graduation design is the Thermal pipeline wateer supplying and drainage 、water pump station 、thermal exchange station of the district. Its main content are the design plan’s demonstration the count of the load discharge and waterpower the material laying pattern keeping warm and antiseptic etc.
The first task is to decide he position the thermo ource .The influencing factors include thermo resource in the central city ,the surrounding conditions of the project area,the equipments resources in the project area,and project area, the equipments resources in the project area, and project funding. All thermo customers are divided into three sections. The pipe diameter is determined by the water power calculations with economy obstruction based on each section’s flux capacity and distance . finally, the worst case water pressure.
The water supply piplelines are plaed side by side with thermo pipes, and should satisfy the requirements on the water quantity and quality, and water availability periods.
The water sewage system includes used-water drainage and rain water drainage .the used-water daining pipes are placed along with the nature sloping ground since the draining is powered by water weight .rain drainage should be placed according to the ground slope satisfying the condition that there is no water holding spots .the maximum separation of adjesent draining openings should be less than 50 meters. There should be access holes at the turning corner for both used-water and rain sewage system to guarantee the smooth flow.

1 热水网路设计计算说明书
1.1 设计原始资料
气象资料:(潍坊)
1) 采暖期室外计算温度:-8℃;
2) 采暖期室外平均温度:-0.7℃;
3) 海拔高度:62.8m;
4) 主导风向:冬季 NWW;夏季 SSE
5) 大气压力:冬季 764mmHg; 夏季 749mmHg;
6) 最大冻土深度:43cm。
土建资料:未提供建筑物具体功能,本设计按建筑为住宅性质计算,层高3m/层。
热媒参数:热原来自市政管网130/80 0C的热水,经小区换热站换热,成为95/70 0C的热水供小区采暖用。
供热面积热指标:(引自《城市热力网设计规范》)
热负荷建资料:
采暖热负荷:小区总建筑面积为:162817㎡,由室内热负荷计算书得:采暖热指标为62W/m2。室内采暖要求95℃/70℃热水采暖

采用面积热指标法 Qn’=qf×F×10-3×k
Qn’—建筑物的供暖设计热负荷,kw;
F —建筑物的建筑面积,m2
qf —建筑物供暖面积热指标,w/m2
k=1.2-考虑一定的管网损耗以及漏损系
