摘 要
数控技术是现代化工业生产中发展十分迅速的高科技,它集中体现了机械制造技术、自动控制技术、计算机软件、硬件技术、检测监控等多种学科技术的最新成就;数控技术已是衡量一个国家机械制造工业水平的重要标志之一,更是体现一个机械制造企业技术水平的重要标志。发展数控技术是当前我国机械制造技术改造的必由之路,是未来工厂自动化的基础。数控编程是应用数控机床进行零件加工的必要前提。
本次设计从一个初学者的角度入手,从数控技术到数控机床再到数控编程的精简介绍含盖了数控最主要的信息。零件的加工从工艺分析到选择刀具再到仿真软件的操作,整个过程清晰简练的数控加工工件的一整套过程。再拿整套过程与普通机床的加工相比,既节省了很多烦琐的工序又提高了工作效率,而且完成了普通机床所不能完成的加工任务,体现了现代化工业的发展方向。
通过本题设计,提到数控加工中心的原理、零件编程所用的指令,加工的零件各部分尺寸精度和表面质量均达到零件的要求。在数控加工工艺中,使我对数铣床的整个加工过程有了较全面的理解,基本掌握了机床的操作方法。

The numerical control technology is to develop very prompt high technology in modernized commercial run , it concentrates the up-to-date accomplishment having embodied various discipline technologies such as machinofacture technology , autocontrol technology , computer software , hardware technology , detecting supervisory control; The numerical control technology already is to measure one of a horizontal important country machine building industry sign , also is the important sign embodying a machinofacture enterprise engineering level. Developing the numerical control technology is the only way of current our country machinofacture technical transformation, basis being a future factory automation. The numerical control programming is that the numerical control machine tool applying carries out the precondition that the part processes.
Design the information starting with a beginner's angle , introducing that numerical control is the mainest from numerical control technology to numerical control machine tool again to numerical control programming retrenching having held cover originally time. The part treating arrives at simulated software operation from industrial analysis to the cutter choosing again , entire limpid succinct process numerical control processes one package process of workpiece. Have had no way with package process again compared with average machine tool treating , both have economized many overlaborate working procedure and have improved availability, have accomplished and treating mission can not be completed by average machine tool , have embodied the direction modernizing development of industry.
Every part dimension accuracy and surface mass designing , mentioning numerical control the part directing , processing used by the programming processing centre principle , part by point at issue reach the part request equally. In numerical control treating handicraft, make my logarithm milling machine entireness process process having had more all-round understanding, operating method having grasped a machine tool basically.
