摘要
本设计针对一工程项目实际需要,主要进行了建筑设计、建筑图绘制、结构方案中○18轴框架的抗震设计、主要施工图的绘制和专题研究。首先进行建筑方案的确定,绘制建筑施工图,之后确定框架布局,进行了层间荷载代表值的计算,接着利用顶点位移法求出自振周期,进而按底部剪力法计算水平地震荷载作用下大小,从而求出在水平荷载作用下的结构内力(弯矩、剪力、轴力)。然后计算竖向荷载(恒载及活荷载)作用下的结构内力,找出最不利的一组或几组内力组合,选取最不利的内力组合计算配筋并绘图。此外还用PKPM计算了结构的配筋。本设计依据最新中华人民共和国国家标准,设计符合《中小学校建筑设计规范》、《混凝土结构设计规范》、《建筑抗震规范》等要求。
教学楼设计题目虽小,但所用的知识涵盖了大学学习的方方面面,并进一步涉及到建筑,水暖电等相关专业的知识,甚至空间设计、结构设计上也有一定难度,完成好这个设计,是对我们大学所学知识的全面检验。
本设计主体4层,立面设计以体现建筑的洁净、严谨为主。所有框架柱不向外突出。窗户大而多,增强其立面虚实搭配。轻巧通透,立面简洁明了是本设计的一大特点。
立面选择棕红色色为主色调,加上白色线条,尽显学术气息。

Abstract
The design is for an actual project, first is the architectural design, then is the seismic design in the framework of axis ○18 and construction drawings, last is the translation." The design based on the latest People's Republic of China national standard, design meets the "Code for architectural design of grade and middle school" and "Code for design of concrete structure" and "Technical specifications for concrete structures of tall building" and other codes.
Building design subject is small, but the knowledge covers all aspects of university study, and further relates to the construction, plumbing electrical and other related professional knowledge, and even space design, structural design is also difficult to complete this design, is University of the knowledge we have a comprehensive inspection.
The design of the main 4-storey facade to reflect the architectural design of the clean, tight-based. All outside the framework does not highlight the column. Large windows, and enhance its facade with the actual situation. Lightweight transparent, clear and concise facade is one of the major characteristics of the design.
Brown-red facade colors to choose the main color, with white lines show the academic atmosphere.
