摘  要

本建筑为五层机关办公楼，框架结构，建筑面积为5708m2，位于沈阳市某地段，结构设计合理使用年限50年，抗震设防烈度为7度，墙体为填充墙，材料是陶粒混凝土空心砌块。
建筑平面为L形，各层层高均为3.6m，室内外高差为0.45m。分区比较合理，布置有中小型会议室，高级办公室和普通办公室，采光较好，有两个较大卫生间分别布置于两部楼梯旁边，使用方便。
各层可以比较独立使用，两部楼梯，采用板式楼梯，全部为封闭式楼梯，满足防火要求，基础为柱下独立基础。
结构类型为现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构，在框架结构计算时，采用PKPM软件辅助计算，在计算过程中对梁的弯矩进行了调幅，对柱的轴力进行了折减。
对建筑中出现的墙体均直接放在梁上，墙、板的重量传给梁，梁再传给柱，传力路线明确。
