摘 要
本建筑为拟建于大庆市开发区的夏宫休闲娱乐休闲中心，总建筑面积为5184m2。主体高度12.6m，由游泳池及洗浴办公区构成。场地类型为Ⅱ类场地，地震分组为第二组，抗震烈度为7度。
设计内容主要包括：建筑设计和结构设计。
建筑设计部分包括总体布局、平面与竖向交通、建筑朝向与选型以及防火和疏散要求。主要进行了建筑设计构思，平面布局、立面设计、剖面设计以及防火和疏散设计。平面布局合理、立面简洁大方，满足功能要求。
结构设计部分包括：结构布置、荷载计算、内力组合、钢框架设计、网架设计以及基础设计。
完成了该建筑的结构设计说明书及部分施工图。本建筑上部结构采用钢结构体系，下部采用独立基础。

Abstract
This building is a tier steel frame structural recreation ground, which is to be built in the Summer palace of Daqing City. Its total area is 5184 square meters. Its overall height is 12.4 meters and constructed with the swimming pool and office area. The area is the second type area, and the second group in earthquake resistance intensity.
This article includes two parts that are architecture design and structural design.
Architecture design includes the total layout, plane and the perpendicular transportation, the orientation of the building and chooses the size, and the design of fireproof and dispersion. the plane’s arrangement is reasonable,and its semblance is succinct and generous，which satisfies the function’s requirement.
The structure design includes what is following as the structure arrangement, the calculation of loads, the combination of the internal forces, the calculation of the frame; the calculation of the crane’s beam and the calculation of column and foundation. The method of bottom shearing force is used to calculate the lateral seismic action. In according to the geologic condition, spread foundation is adopted.
Through the calculating and designing, the instruction of structure design of the building and some construction plans are finished. The structure system of all steel frames is adopted in the building’s top structure and the spread foundation is adopts in its foundation structure.

第1章 建筑设计
1.1 夏宫休闲娱乐中心的组成
1.1.1 夏宫休闲娱乐中心简介
夏宫休闲娱乐中心的组成体系由游泳区及洗浴办公区组成。游泳区是休闲娱乐中心的基本休闲单位，洗浴办公区是其附属单位，洗浴办公区组成部分包括浴池，休息区（包括休息大厅，游艺室，健身区等内容），休闲中心职工办公区，职工休息区。
1.1.2 构件的组成
1.1.2.1 承重结构
    本承重结构主要采用局部钢框架结构，这主要是因为泳池及办公区使用空间不同、高度较低，这种结构受力合理，建筑设计灵活，施工方便，工业化程度较高。它包括下列几部分承重构件：
    （1）横向框架：由基础、框架梁、柱组成。
（2）纵向框架：由基础、框架梁、柱组成。
（3）游泳池区：有柱，网架组成。
1.1.2.2 围护结构
    本建筑物的外围护结构包括外墙、屋顶、地面、门窗等。
1.2平面设计
本建筑物的平面设计主要研究以下几方面的问题：
（1）总平面对平面设计的影响；
（2）平面设计与不同功能分区的关系；
（3）平面设计与人流的关系；
（4）柱网选择；
（5）生活间设计；
1.2.1 总平面对平面设计的影响
平面设计根据全建筑物的人流流程、交通运输、卫生、防火、气象、地形、地质以及建筑群体艺术等条件，确定这些建筑物与构筑物之间的位置关系；合理的组织人流、货流，避免交叉和迂回；布置各种工程管线；进行竖向设计及绿化、美化布置等。
1.2.2 平面设计与不同功能分区的关系
   民用建筑的平面及空间组合设计，主要是根据建筑物使用功能的要求进行的；而休闲娱乐中心平面及空间组合设计，则是在泳池及其附属结构布置的基础上进行的。
    本设计，主要包括下面五个内容：（1）根据任务书要求的规模、性质等确定的总建筑面积；（2）选择和布置泳池及其附属结构；（3）划分泳池及其附属结构面积；（4）初步拟定柱网跨度和长度；（5）使用功能对建筑设计的要求，如采光、通风、保温、防潮等。
1.2.3 平面设计与人流的关系
为了方便娱乐人员，客户，职工出入，并且不出现人流交叉而布置。
总之，平面设计时，必须考虑周围建筑物的影响及要求。
1.2.4 柱网布置
本设计柱距采用6m×6m。
1.2.5 休息空间布置
为保证游泳及洗浴人员休息而设置休息大厅、餐厅、健身区等。
1.3 剖面设计
    剖面设计的具体任务是：确定建筑高度；选择承重结构及围护结构方案；游泳池上空的采光、通风及屋面排水等问题。
    在本设计中，建筑高度为12.6m，承重结构为钢框架，维护结构为砌体结构，游泳池上空为大空间网架。
1.3.1高度的确定
确定建筑的高度必须根据使用要求以及建筑统一化的要求，同时，还应考虑到空间的合理利用及功能的需求。建筑高度直接影响建筑的造价，在确定建筑高度时，应不影响生产使用的前提下，充分发掘空间的潜力，节约建筑空间，降低造价。
在本设计中，层高为4.2m，游泳池层高为12.8m，
