电动式无针美容注射器
摘要
无针注射器是一种通过压力注射的设备,是一种全新的注射方式,与传统的注射器相比较,它没有针头,是通过高压使药液以极高的速度从一个微小的孔中喷射出来,直接穿透皮肤给药。利用此技术,可以不使用传统注射器针头,进行针对皮内、皮下等部位的给药,而且具有无针、无痛、无交叉感染、便捷、高效、微量、安全的特点。
此次设计的电动式无针注射器是由直流电机提供能量,依靠齿轮来传递动力,通过压缩弹簧将弹性势能转化为喷射药液的动能使药液直接穿透皮肤给药的一种产品。本论文首先从注射器的功能结构开始设计,分析并比较了三种注射器的方案设计;通过分析电动式无针注射器的工作过程,最终确定注射器的系统原理方案;产品中传动机构的设计是依靠齿轮来传递动力,我采用弹簧作为主要的动力源,通过压缩弹簧来提供能量使药液激发出去,并且对齿轮进行了设计计算以及对注射力、速度进行了校核;电路设计中本产品采用了直流微型电机,通过计算选择合适转速及功率的电机型号;最后,进行了模拟皮肤注射实验。
通过实验结果分析,本产品各方面都满足课题要求,达到了设计初的目的。

Abstract
Needle-free injection system is a kind of equipments which inject through a pressure, is all new one kind to inject a way, compare with inject of tradition machine, it have no needle, is through a high pressure to make medicine liquid with very Gao of the speed is from minuteness of the bore jet come out, direct wear a skin deeply to the medicine.Make use of this technique, can not usage tradition inject machine needle, carry on aim at inside skin, the skin inferior part of to the medicine, have have no needle, have no pain, have never cross infection, convenience, efficiently, little, safety of characteristics.
I design electrical syringe needle-free by the DC motor to provide energy and rely on gear to transfer power through the compression spring will be converted into elastic potential energy of the moving liquid spray liquid can penetrate the skin directly as a drug delivery products. In this paper, first of all, the function of the structure from the beginning of the syringe design, analysis and comparison of three programs designed syringe; through the analysis of electrical syringe needle-free process, and ultimately the system to determine the principle of a syringe programs; products in the design of transmission is to rely on gear to transfer power, I used the spring as the main power source, through the compression spring to provide the excitation energy to make liquid out, and gear for the design and calculation as well as the injection power, speed check; circuit design used in this product DC micro-motor, by calculating the speed and power choose a suitable model of the motor; Finally, the simulation of the skin test injection.
The experimental results through the analysis of all aspects of this product to meet the task requirements to achieve the purpose of the beginning of the design.
