【摘要】随着计算机和微电子技术的日益成熟,推动了我国数控技术的发展,国产数控系统相继开发成功,使我国数控机床在性能上、品质上得到了保障。由于数控机床有着对工件改型的适应性强、提高生产率、加工精度高等特点,因此数控技术在钣金机床上得到了广泛应用,它解决了钣金加工中存在的批量大、形状复杂、零件精度高等问题。数控钣金机床在生产中的应用大大提高了钣金加工能力、使钣金件在质量上、产量上得到保证,同时也大大的降低了工人的劳动强度。
Abstract:
With the development of computer and microelectronics technology becomes more mature, promoted the development of CNC technology in China, domestic CNC systems have been developed, the NC machine tool in our country are in the performance, quality guarantee. The NC machine tool has a workpiece modified adaptable, high productivity, improve processing accuracy, so the numerical control technology has been widely applied in sheet metal machine, which solves the problems of sheet metal processing in large volume, complex shape, high precision parts. Application of CNC sheet metal machine tool in the production of sheet metal processing capacity is greatly improved, so that the sheet metal is guaranteed in quality, yield, but also greatly reduces the labor intensity of workers.
