快热式家用电热水器的设计
摘要: 随着生活的加快,快热式电水器省时的特性越来越被生活在忙碌的人群所接受,随着用电环境的改善,即催生了热式电热水器的快速增长。它体积小,重量轻,要使用热水时即开即用,无需等待,省去了加热多用的热水,因此它具有省时,省电,省水的优点,由于以上原因,快热式电热水器在以后有着极为广阔的发展前景。本设计采用AT89C51作为核心控制器,铺以键盘,显示电路,利用温度传感器DS18B20检测出水口温度,采用双向可控硅控制,单片机通过光耦给可控硅触发信号,控制可控硅的导通角,从面控制电热丝的有效加热功率。

Design of Fast Heat Household Electric Water Heater Control System

Abstract: As life speeding up ,the characteristics of electric water heater Fast heat save more and more acceptable to the crowd of a busy life .It has small size ,light weight, and then you can use the hot water without any wait, therefore if has save water heater in later has a very broad development prospects .The design USES AT89C51 as the detection, the outlet temperature by bidirectional thrusters controlled by single chip computer controlled light-coupler to triggered signals, control silicon-controlled conduction Angle, so as to control the resistance wire effective heating power .
