摘要
矫直技术多用于金属条材加工的后部工序,在很大程度上决定着产、成品的质量水平。矫直技术同其他金属加工技术一样在20世纪取得了长足的进展,相应的矫直理论也取得了很大的进步。
依据所要实现的功能以及指导教师的要求,本次设计主要是针对火车制动梁用异型材的矫直,相对应的应采用平行辊矫直机,所以本次设计的主要方案为平行辊矫直机的设计。
文中对国内外矫直技术的历史及现状、矫直机的设计计算等进行了详细阐述,论证了矫直火车制动梁用异型材所用矫直机的辊系、辊距以及辊数选取原则,并且给予了充分的计算数据用以支持所选方案的合理性。最终设计出的成品将能够以满足要求的精度和速度工作。
矫直机的应用在大大提高生产效率的同时,也将提高产品的质量,为大批量流水线式生产提供了一个不可缺少的环节。

Abstract
Correcting straight technology is using in the rearward working procedure of metal strip material machining widely. It mostly decide the quality of the product and finished product. Correcting straight technology gets quite great evolve in 20 century like other metalworking. The theory of correcting straight technology also gets prodigious progress correspondingly.
According to the functions to be achieved and the demands of the faculty adviser, the design is aim at the different model material correcting straight of train apply the break. Correspondingly parallel roller correcting straight machine is better, the project of this design is parallel roller correcting straight machine design.
It is explain clearly that the inside and outsider correcting straight technology’s history and actuality, design calculates in the paper. Also including the roller quotients, roller distance and roller count choosing of the different model material correcting straight of train apply the break. The finished product of finally design could work in the demanded precision and speed.
The application of correcting straight machine is enormously boost the quality and efficiency of product, and provide indispensability tache in glide produce.
