 摘  要

    我国是产煤大国，煤炭也是我国最主要的能源，是保证我国国民经济飞速增长的重要物质基础。煤炭工业的机械化是指采掘、支护、运输、提升的机械化。其中采掘包括采煤和掘进巷道。随着采煤机械化的发展，采煤机是现在最主要的采煤机械。20世纪70年代主要靠进口采煤机来满足我国生产的需要，到今天几乎是我国采煤机占领我国的整个采煤机市场，依靠科技进步，推进技术创新，开发高效矿井综合配套技术是我国煤炭科技的发展的主攻方向，我国的采煤机现在已经进入了自主研发，标准化，系列化阶段。
    我设计的采煤机型号是MG300/700-WD，具体设计的是采煤机的截割部。截割部主要由截割部壳体、截割电机、齿轮减速装置、滚筒等组成，截割部内设有冷却系统、内喷雾等装置。截割部的特点是使用范围广，整机安全可靠，更换容易，维修方便。我设计的截割部最终要与戚厚保设计的牵引部配套使用。

ABSTRACT

   Our country is a great nation of producing coal, the coal is also our country’s most main energy,wchich is the material base  guarantees  our country’s national economy grow rapidly . Coal industry's mechanization is refers to the excavation, the supports and protections, the transportation, the promotion mechanization. And excavation including mining coal and tunneling tunnel. Along with the mining coal mechanization's development, the shearer is the most main mining coal machinery  at  present. In the 1970s our country mainly depending on the imported  coal mining machine to meet the needs of  our country’s produce, today   our country ’shearer nearly seizes our country's entire shearer market  , depended on the advance of technology, Advancement scientific innovation  , development highly effective mine pit synthesis necessary technology is the main attack direction  of  our country’s coal science and technology development , our country's shearer have already entered the independent research and development stagenow, the standardization, the serialized stage.
The  model  of  shearer I designed is MG300/700-WD. I concrete design the cutting department of shearer. cutting department main comed by Cutting department shell ,the electrical machinery  of  cutting department , Installment  of  gear reduction ,drum and so on. There are cooling system,  atomizing device in  cutting department. The characteristics of cutting department included: The use scope is broad , Entire  machine is safe  and  reliable ,easy to replace , repair is  onvenient,  Finally  the  cutting department i designed will be  necessary used with the hauling department that  QIHOUBAO designed.
